At Kittblack, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


RETURN PROCESS

Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
